Mission Statement

To make a significant difference in the health of our community by providing a safety net and increasing access to quality healthcare for all low-income, uninsured adult residents of Collier County.

Organizational Overview

We coordinate quality healthcare for qualified, low-income, uninsured Collier County Florida residents ages 19 to 64. PLAN address the gaps in access to healthcare in Collier County. The organization provides coordinated services. We embrace the Florida Department of Health’s Volunteer Healthcare Providers Act (HVHPA) which provides sovereign immunity for pro bono care. Currently PLAN has 152 volunteer specialists in its network who are committed to delivering much needed health care services free of charge.
