Physician Led Access Network

PLAN conducts its program through a network of volunteer physicians and medical facilities in an effort to meet the needs of underserved, uninsured patients who struggle to find access to healthcare. We fill the gap in access to healthcare for Collier County residents between the ages of 19-64. Collier County continues to feel the effects of economic distress brought about by the Covid-19 Pandemic from 2020 to the present. PLAN has seen its case load increase by 20% over the past year. However, we continue to make great strides in expanding our mission and discovering new patient care partners and providers. None of this could be done without the generous support of donors. Last year we serviced over 600 patients and generated a pro bono value of over $5,000,00 to the Collier County community.
