Next Steps Employment Services provides quality employment services to individuals with disabilities by focusing on their rights, choices, and interests to maximize their potential for independence. Our vision is to help, train, support and empower people with disabilities.

Organizational Overview

Next Steps Employment Services Corp. – hereafter referred to as “The Corporation” is a non-profit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations, under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Next Steps Employment Services Corp. assists youth (14 to 22 years old), adult men and women with disabilities to find meaningful careers, and serve as a provider to Florida State Department Of Education Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. To maximize our impact on current efforts, we may seek to collaborate with other non-profit organizations which fall under the 501(c) (3) section of the internal revenue code and are operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes.
