Next Steps Employment Services Corp

We have been involved with people with disabilities for many years. As we have worked in many situations, we have seen that those with disabilities are being left out of the workforce. Our world has gotten so fast-paced and impatient that many employers only want people who can get the job done quickly and without error. The hope of Next Steps Employment Services Corp. is to open the eyes of employers so they will see that individuals with disabilities can do the job just as well as someone that is not disabled, they just need a little help and support. We want to design a training program for employers, co-workers, and clients that will set well all up to succeed in the workforce. We want to create a win-win employment system for all stakeholders.
