Mission Statement

Misión Peniel is a faith centered, compassionate bridge connecting migrant farmworkers and their families in Immokalee, Florida to area faith communities and organizations in an atmosphere of love, acceptance and dignified support.

Organizational Overview

Misión Peniel exists to address the isolation and injustice among the migrant farmworker and their families. We provide support and community engagement through programs that offer spiritual, emotional, social, educational, nutritional and material care. We foster broad levels of participation for volunteers and community members in a spirit of relationship building partnership. The mission’s outreach strives for good stewardship, simplicity and accountability. We make sure the stranger among us is always made to feel welcome. All who are part of this outreach experience God’s transforming love.
