Misión Peniel began as an extension of Beth-El Farmworker Ministries in 2006, with the simple gesture of hospitality to the farmworkers at the major bus/van pick up site, providing sweet bread and coffee to the farmworkers in Immokalee before the sun rose. The mission chose the name
