Home Base SWFL

Home Base has launched two regional outpatient clinics in SWFL, at Lee Health and David Lawrence Center. Clinicians at the Home Base Regional Outpatient Clinics have received credentialing in evidence-based trauma therapy to better equip them to help Veterans suffering from combat traumas such as PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. For those that need greater acuity of care, Home Base provides a two-week intensive outpatient program in Boston, MA.
