    The mission of the Foundation of Collier County Medical Society is to provide support and leadership to programs that address access to healthcare and promote health education.

    Organizational Overview

    Collier County Medical Society, the local professional association for physicians, launched the 501c3 charitable foundation in 2013. The Foundation harnesses the power of medical providers and partners to promote community health programs, health education and outreach, and help groom future local medical professionals. Every day our 600+ CCMS doctors take an active role in the health of the local community. Through the Foundation, our members, community partners, and supporters can align their professional and philanthropic commitment to health and maximize the impact to the community.
