The mission for the Foundation, which is the 501(c)3 charitable arm of CCMS, is to “provide support and leadership to programs that address access to healthcare, promote health education and serve the community's public health needs.” Your donation will have a direct impact on the quality and availability of medical care and education in our community, and you will be helping your neighbors, friends and family by supporting services that benefit all of us.
