In Collier County, Florida, one would never imagine that an abundant, vibrant community such as ours would face such a crisis, but we do - everyday. Many of our own local returning and residing veterans have faced unimaginable hardships including homelessness, mental illness and chronic substance abuse right here in Collier County.
