Mission Statement

Our mission is to bring hope, love, and connection by serving children, individuals, and families in the areas of adoption and support services. Our placement goals are to meet the child’s needs and best interests, along with a strong commitment to work with the wishes and rights of the prospective adoptive families. UIL works to maintain standards and policies that are consistent with applicable child welfare policy and law.

Organizational Overview

United in Love Adoptions (“UIL”), Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in September 2020 that services all counties in the state of Florida. Our goal is to unite as many families as possible through ties of love that build families beyond genetic ties. To achieve this goal, we help match expectant mothers in need of help with caring potential adoptive parents. We ensure the expectant mother and baby’s needs are met in a safe and healthy environment and that they receive quality medical care and counseling. After the child is placed with the adoptive parents, our organization provides follow up care with mental health and guidance counselors for the birth mother to place them on the road to success. Our team journeys alongside the adoptive parents through the legal, physical, and emotional adjustment to a new family member. Additionally, we unite families through stepparent, adult, surrogacy, assisted reproductive technology, and family adoptions throughout Florida.
