RCMA opens doors to opportunities through quality child care and education from crib to high school and beyond.

    Organizational Overview

Established in 1965 and headquartered in Immokalee, RCMA is Florida’s largest non-profit provider of early childhood education and a nationally recognized charter school operator. Annually, we serve 5,500 children and their low-income, rural families in 21 counties. All our children receive a bilingual, bi-cultural curriculum that prepares them for success. In Collier County, we provide education and care to nearly 1,000 children as young as 6 weeks old to 7th graders at our Immokalee Community Academy, which is expanding to 8th grade for the 2022-2023 school year. We take a holistic approach to ensure that families have everything they need, so children can thrive. This includes access to health assessments and health care; parenting classes and parent councils; English language instruction; immigration services; donations of food, diapers, clothing and other household supplies; and emergency financial assistance for rent and utilities. We are deeply grateful to donors who provide essential funds to the most vulnerable members of our community and help their dreams come true.
