Organizational Overview

Protected Harbor provides Christian care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities so they, and their families, may achieve their desired quality of life. We help people reach their full potential. We encourage personal growth physically, spiritually and emotionally. We provide the quality of care necessary to meet each resident’s needs through a variety of programs, such as case management, residential care, life skill training, vocational workshops, educational actives and community engagement. Caring for a family member or loved one with intellectual or developmental disabilities is challenging. Protected Harbor touches on multiple areas of concern in order to enhance the quality of life both short term and long term to assure people are living their best lives comfortably and safely in the community.
