Leadership Collier Foundation

The Leadership Collier Foundation's (LCF), a 501(c) 3 of the Greater Naples Chamber, mission is the activate the potential of leaders to build a stronger Collier County. The Leadership Collier Foundation has a two-pronged approach; leadership programs and talent. These two areas of focus work cohesively together to provide support and resources. The LCF's leadership programs (Leadership Collier, Associate Leadership Collier and Youth Leadership Collier) and the robust alumni association are community-education programs which show leaders where and how they can take action in Collier County. The talent area of focus is based on local community and employer needs which connects youth to employers through quality work-based learning experiences.
