Organizational Overview

Goodwill is a social enterprise often associated with retail stores, secondhand goods, and tax credits for donations, but the organization exists to serve people with disadvantages and disabilities by offering life-changing opportunities to achieve independence. Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, Inc. (Goodwill SWFL) serves Lee, Hendry, Glades, Collier, and Charlotte counties by providing highly effective services to meet its mission to help people with disadvantages and disabilities by offering life-changing opportunities to achieve independence. To realize its mission, Goodwill offers outreach programs that directly affect the lives of participants. The Community Support Services (CSS) mission programs provided life-changing opportunities to 24,707 people in 2020. Three programs serve those in Collier County.
