Organizational Overview

The Easterseals Life Skills, Employment Readiness, Advocacy, and Participation Program (LEAP) program in Naples provide young adults with disabilities and special needs the tools and resources to help prepare them for a successful transition into a living or work situation that can maximize their independence, self-esteem and happiness. With a strong focus on life & employability skills training and functional academics, students are consistently immersed in our community for optimal learning and development.
