The Council for Health Service Accreditation of Southern Africa (COHSASA) NPC offers quality improvement and accreditation programmes for a wide range of healthcare facilities in LMIC. The standards used to measure compliance with quality and safety are accredited by the International Society for Quality in Healthcare External Evaluation Association (ISQuaEEA) as is COHSASA as an organisation.
