Cart Horse Protection Association protects and provides services to the working cart horses who are used by their owners and drivers the carting community  for the transportation of scrap metal and/or garden refuse collected in and around Cape Town.

Vision To establish a centre of excellence for working equine welfare in the Western Cape Our Mission To promote the welfare of working horses and donkeys in the Western Cape through service provision, legislation, education and training.
