CAN is devoted to helping local children, families and individuals, touched by cancer, by providing financial aid, suppot, education and information resources. Serving all of Collier County and Lee County.

Organizational Overview

Cancer Alliance of Naples’ goal is to take the stress off of the cancer patient and their family during the time of treatment. CAN helps with everyday bills such as rent, groceries, gas, car insurance and utilities. CAN steps in to help with the hope of providing peace of mind so patients can focus on recovery.

Statement of Need

Every day families approach Cancer Alliance of Naples (CAN) in desperate need of financial support. A cancer diagnosis, not only affects a loved one physically and emotionally, but the financial stress that comes with cancer is overwhelming. When a family reaches out to CAN, they often, have exhausted all means to keep their financial situation together. With nowhere left to turn, mounting medical bills and an inability to work, a cancer patient reaches out to CAN for help. Often there is funding for medical bills, treatment or cancer research. CAN relieves the financial burden of necessity bills such as rent, utilities, gas and food so the cancer patient can focus on their treatment and getting healthy.
