Organizational Overview

C3 Cafe began with the desire to create a welcoming space for everyone in our community to develop a stronger sense of connection. What better way to do this then over a cup of coffee, a meal and a bit of conversation. We learned that there was a much deeper need and began to develop programs. Project Reach is a youth development program with a recreational drop in center for teens along with a replication of Project Amp, a promising practice for substance abuse prevention and early intervention, academic support and safety net services, Step Forward Program is our workforce track for youth as an introduction to careers, real world job skills where they will have the opportunity to put them into action at C3 Cafe, which serves as an active learning lab and Bridging Opportunities for Self-Sufficiency (BOSS) is our entrepreneurship training program.
